Rob Hackett - Owner
Rob Hackett received his Bachelor of Science as well as his Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Montevallo. While there, he attained a level of fitness that allowed him to play collegiate baseball at a high level. He is very active in sports and in fitness. His wife, Valeria, is a great match for him. She, too is very active, and is a coach of women’s volleyball. Rob and Val were married in 1995, and welcomed their little girl, Taylor into the world in1998 as well as a little baby boy named Brett as of November 13th 2007.
Rob turned his passion for sports into a career. He has spent the last several years as a certified personal trainer, nutrition counselor, and a mentor to many. He works with a wide range of clients, from professional golfers to stay-at-home Moms. Rob’s broad scope in the fitness field has allowed him to design programs that get clients results without injury, and has had the opportunity to help rehabilitate many clients with pre-existing injuries. Rob is able to recognize client needs and design an exercise program to fulfill these needs.
Rob is the owner of the Fitness Together Greystone.

Bob Crowder - Trainer
Bob is 29 years of age, and a native of Hoover, Alabama. Graduating from the Hoover school system, Bob went on to receive an Associates degree in business management from Jeff State Community College.
Bob grew up playing football and baseball in the Hoover area, and continues enjoying all types of sporting events. He has been involved with weight training, fitness and nutrition since the eighth grade. His commitment to living a healthy lifestyle is the main factor in choosing a career in the fitness industry.
Bob joined Fitness Together in April 2006. As a committed personal trainer, he enjoys helping clients reach their goals. Bob encourages his clients to strive for excellence and is proud to be a part of Fitness Together Team. |

Shannon Jones - Trainer
Being a true advocate for fitness and love for helping others achieve their personal wellness goals, Shannon Jones has been affiliated with the fitness industry since her senior year at John Carroll Catholic High school.
Beginning in Big Box gyms in Birmingham and managing facilitated her need for choosing her career path early on. In doing so she has received her first aid and CPR licenses. She pursued a softball career at Jacksonville State stemming from her long time love and play for softball with traveling teams and homebound teams.
Currently she is a full time FT licensed trainer at Greystone where she has been since April of 2008. She has earned her certifications as a nutrition consultant and mentor to the clients at FT. Shannon has a long list of clientele that range from retired athletes, mothers of three and marathon runners. Shannon has learned everything she knows to facilitate her clients needs from her mentor, Rob Hackett. She is accomplished in styles ranging from rehab for current injuries to sport specific training and intense weight loss. “With clients like mine, helping them feel good about themselves finally, is palpable, true and wonderful.” |

Ryan Smith - Trainer
Ryan is a true believer in the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle. This is demonstrated by consistently committing himself to strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and appropriate nutrition.
Ryan has been involved in the fitness industry professionally for four years but has been physically active, health conscious, and nutritionally purposeful from a young age. Through sports, whether it be football, basketball, running, or swimming he has noticed the increased performance that training has provided.
Additionally Ryan has enjoyed the benefits that his clients now exhibit in their day-to-day lives. He has a passion for assisting and guiding people as they seek to attain that which they desire. Whether it is weight loss, increased cardio performance, or strength gain, Ryan has experience in helping all types of people reach their goals. |

Constance Kelly - Trainer
Constance Kelly acquired her Bachelor of Science in Sport Fitness Management from Troy University in Troy, Alabama where she was awarded an athletic women’s basketball scholarship to compete as a Lady Trojan. Prior to that time, she completed her Associate in Science at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she was also awarded an athletic women’s basketball scholarship to compete competitively as a Lady Buccaneer. Her direct participation in being a trained athlete as well as her accreditation as an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer has afforded her the experience, knowledge, and skill to shape individuals to attain a sound and healthy body.
To Constance it was inevitable that she pursue a career in the fitness industry. Her fervor for fitness originated as an adolescent excelling in numerous physical activities. Being cultivated in the “team concept and structure” is a system for which Constance has a profound appreciation and belief that it enables her to partner with clients to facilitate a greater foundation for the trainer client relationship; “Together We Can Achieve!”
Working with a variety of diverse and distinct individuals with unique backgrounds and needs, Constance educates clients regarding the key principles of exercise in combination with well-established guidelines to help clients adopt healthful and appropriate nutrition habits. She remains active daily as she continues to be inspired even as she inspires others to fitness.
